SPITFIRE BOUNCE No.18

Well what can we say about SPITFIRE BOUNCE No 18 except that we have had so much positive response that we are just bowled over. Well with THREE GREAT DJ's, JUMPIN JIM, KELVE'S RED HOT RHYTHM and your very own JEFF "TWO-TONE BOOGIE" spinnin' the disc's you sure had a night full of the GREATEST dance tunes, Jitterbugg's, Jiver's, Lindy Hop, Stroll's & Bopper's were played by all three DJ's. The response was so good that we really have our work cut out now to make things more interesting & keep THE SPITFIRE BOUNCE as popular as it always has been. Well a FANTASTIC night was had by all who attended, dancers & non-dancers alike. With these THREE DJ's battling it out on the decks you were sure of a GREAT night. As always the dance floor was busy all night long , what a BRILLIANT night this turned out to be. You will see from the photo's page how active the dancers were, and once again the dance floor certainly took a beatin' . Thank you for the great support from you all & also the many new faces that joined us for the third SPITFIRE BOUNCE of 2010. Once again thank you for your positive & supporting comments about this dance. A BIG THANK YOU to the stall holders, Yet again the stalls added atmosphere to this dance with LESLEY & TONY putting on top displays of the goods they have for sale. Irene was as usual running THE SPITFIRE NAFFI with the usual expertise and once again the FREE tea, Coffee, Squash & Doughnuts went down well, so a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to IRENE.  A BIG THANK YOU to all of you who help us with the setting up & taking down of all the decoration at

THE SPITFIRE BOUNCE.  

 All in all this was another  TOP DANCE NIGHT.  We just want you all to know that you can be sure that we will be working harder all the time to bring you the best dance events ever with the best of the leading DJ's on the dance scene to bring TOP QUALITY DANCE nights to you all. Once again we also had a BRILLIANT night and was buzzing for many hours after the dance finally finished, so a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to all who joined us at THE SPITFIRE BOUNCE no:18 and we're looking forward to just as FANTASTIC a night at THE SPITFIRE BOUNCE no:19.

Be sure everyone to have your dancing shoes & clothes at the ready because we can assure you that 2010 is going to be the best year yet for dancing at THE SPITFIRE BOUNCE. Watch out for the new, regular & old dj's returning to the scene as we are going to have them all at THE SPITFIRE BOUNCE.

YOU HAVE RASIED A TOTAL IN EXCESS OF £1090 FOR THE ROYAL BRITISH LEGION since the middle of 2008. In 2010 we will now be collecting for THE NOT FORGOTTEN ASSOCIATION & so far YOU HAVE RAISED IN EXCESS OF £220 since the start of Feburary. We will keep you up to date with how much you help to raise. For details of this very worthy charity you can find information pamflets at each of the dances.
