SPITFIRE BOUNCE No.16
Well another FANTASTIC SPITFIRE BOUNCE, a GREAT night of dancing, music & atmosphere was had by all. The guest DJ for the night was the "Unbeatble Unstopable" TERRY ELLIOTT & along with "Easy Dancin' Smooth Talkin' " PAT THE KAT & "The Man In The Hat & On Wheels" JEFF "TWO-TONE BOOGIE" on the decks the dance floor was jumpin' all night long. All the top dance numbers were played through the night, from Strollers to Jitterbug, from Lindy Hop to Balboa, from Jive to Boogie you were all dancing and the atmosphere was just buzzing all night long. Some fantastic tunes were played by all three DJ's, as always a fantastic mix of styles from Swing to Boogie Woogie, from Rhythm 'n' Blues to jump Blues were played. Another BIG THANK YOU to IRENE & KEN who always do a wonderfull job in THE SPITFIRE NAFFI & again the FREE tea, coffee, squash & doughnuts went down well, as this was YOUR CHRISTMAS SPECIAL we also had FREE MINCE PIES, AFTER EIGHT MINTS, SHORTBREAD BISCUITS & FRESH FRUIT and all of this went really well. The stalls once again added to the atmosphere of the night, a BIG THANK YOU to TERRY & MARION, TERRY & JANE and TONY & LESLIE for all your hard work on the night. The ROYAL BRITISH LEGION benifited once again from the raffle, & our THANKS to you all for your help with this. Well once again THE SPITFIRE BOUNCE was buzzin' and we all had a GREAT time, we also have had some really nice comments about THE SPITFIRE BOUNCE which is GREAT, THANK YOU EVERY ONE.
We're working on plans for 2010 now, and not giving anything away 2010 is going to be a real BOUNCIN' year, so have your dancin' shoes at the ready and look forward to some real GREAT dances coming up at THE SPITFIRE BOUNCE.
A REALLY BIG THANK YOU to you all for your continued support at THE SPITFIRE BOUNCE.
There is one very important thing to remember & that is that these dances would not have the atmosphere & fun if it was not for all of you who attend, so a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to you all.
